Creamy Tomato Macaroni Pasta
Sometimes you surprise yourself with the dish you make, and this is one of those times. Normally I write a blog post weeks or even months after I make a dish. But today I want to write down all the ingredients immediately, while they are fresh in my memory. So here we go.

- 2 1/2 Cups of Macaroni Pasta
- 5 large tomatoes
- 1 medium size Onion
- 10 Basil leaves
- 3 cloves of garlic
- 2 Dry Chili
- 1/2 cup of Cooking Cream/Pasta Cream
- 1/3 cup of Parmesan cheese
- 1/3 cup of tomato ketchup or paste
- 1/2 tbsp Oregano
- 4 tbsp Extra Virgin Olive Oil
- Salt and Black Pepper to Taste
Add Olive Oil to a hot pan
Add Onion, let it turn brown, then add garlic
(Optional) Add dry chili
Add all the diced Tomatoes in the Pan
Cook the content with a cup of Water or Pasta water
Add Tomato ketchup or paste
Add Basil leaves
Let the mix boil for 10 minutes
Add the entire content into a grinder and turn it into a smooth sauce
Put the content back in the pan
Add salt to taste, Oregano and Cooking Cream
Let the sauce become thick
In pot of water, add oil and salt
Let it boil
Add Macaroni to boiling water, check the cooking time in the packet.
Cook your Macaroni
Rinse out water and add the Macaroni to your sauce
Let the content sit for 30 mins, it will help absorb all the flavor
Add Parmesan Cheese to the content and mix it well.
You could add extra basil if you have and mix it well.

Enjoy your Creamy Tomato Macaroni Pasta.
